Tomorrow, R&B auteur Miguel will release an EP full of remixes of "Waves," one of the best songs on his great 2015 album Wildheart. We've already heard the Travis Scott-assisted trap remix of the track, and now a few other heavy hitters have done their own versions of the song. Earlier today, Zane Lowe debuted Tame Impala's shimmering remix of the track on Beats 1 Radio. The Tame Impala version is a lovely synth head-trip, and it would've fit just fine onto Currents. Check it out below.
That same EP will also feature a remix from the Portuguese dance producer RAC, whose version of the song is propulsive and bloopy. Listen to that one below, via The FADER.
