It's official: the Rolling Stones will perform a free concert in Havana, Cuba this month. The Associated Press points out that they'll be the biggest act to play in the country since the revolution in 1959. The Rolling Stones made the following statement about the show: "We have performed in many special places during our long career but this show in Havana is going to be a landmark event for us, and, we hope, for all our friends in Cuba too." The performance will take place at the Havana's Ciudad Deportiva three days after President Obama pays a visit.
