Get ready for some delicately layered harmonies! Yesterday, we learned that the full Grizzly Bear lineup would play its first show in some time at a Bernie Sanders rally in Brooklyn this weekend. And as it turns off, that show won't be a one-off. In a series of tweets last night, the band announced that they are just about ready to get going on a new album, their first since 2012's Shields. They also passionately endorsed Bernie Sanders and announced that drummer Chris Bear is now a father. Here's what Grizzly Bear had to say:
I just want you to know, politics aside , we are all super excited to record this new album next month. We feel great about it, and excited

If they're just about to start recording, there's a good chance we won't get to hear the new album until next year. But still, things are in motion. And who knows; maybe they'll play a new song or two at the Sanders rally this weekend.
