Olga Bell, the Russian-born musician who used to record as just Bell, recent shared a badass pulsating dance track called "Randomness." That was the opening shot from Tempo, the album she'll release next month, which is already looking like the most conventionally pop thing she's ever made. That's not saying much, though. "ATA," the second album track she's shared, is a strange, skittering beast, full of empty space and just-off phrasing and squelchy keyboard sounds. Check it out below.
