Last month, Earl Sweatshirt shared the brief new songs "Pelicula" and "Balance." And over the weekend, on the latest edition of his Red Bull Music Academy radio show, Sweatshirt gave us a third: "Death Whistles," another short and meditative burst of dense, tangled lyricism. This one has a murky, half-broken beat from the impossible-to-categorize UK artist King Krule, Sweatshirt's fellow bleak young mutterer. This seems to be a total loose track, and I can't imagine Sweatshirt has any plans to give it a proper release.
