Regina Spektor is gearing up to release a new album, Remember Us To Life, at the end of the month, the follow-up to the singer-songwriter's 2012 album What We Saw From The Cheap Seats. The two singles we've heard from it so far -- "Bleeding Heart" and "Small Bill$" -- were refined takes on the outsider art she built her career on, and third single "Black And White" takes the form of a sparse, melancholic ballad that sacrifices weirdness for something nearing poignancy in which Spektor wonders, "Why should I wait for tomorrow?"
