Nena -- the German artist who sang the '84 hit single "99 Luftballons" -- never toured the States even after the track became a smash hit, peaking at #2 and losing first place to Van Halen's "Jump." Nena recorded a version of the song in English titled "99 Red Balloons," but the German version remained popular in the US for a long time. 32 years later, Nena is touring the country for the first time ever.
