After remaining under psychiatric hold for over a week, Kanye West has been released from UCLA Medical Center. TMZ reports that he is at now home under the care of his wife Kim Kardashian and his personal physician Dr. Michael Farzam, who made the initial call to 911 the day Kanye was admitted. According to TMZ, he still needs "ongoing psychological and medical treatment," but hopefully he's on the road to recovery.
