But he's been home for a little more than a week, and now he's back to working on music and, finally, venturing out in public. Yesterday, we reported that West had set up a home studio and that he was working with '90s rap production great Pete Rock. And today, we're learning that he's going out in public again and that he's got a brand-new head of blonde hair.
People reports that a fairly relaxed-looking West went out yesterday to visit the Rick Owens: Furniture exhibit at West Hollywood's MOCA Pacific Design Center. The hair looks kind of cool?
