Watch Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong Play “Ordinary World” Solo On Conan

Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong isn't anyone's idea of a sensitive singer-songwriter, but he has a pretty good record of going solo-acoustic on us; that is, after all, how we got "Good Riddance (Time Of Your Life)." Green Day's new album Revolution Radio ends with "Ordinary World," another song that relies entirely on Armstrong's voice and his acoustic guitar. And last night on Conan, Armstrong made the rare move of appearing without the rest of his band, singing "Ordinary World" by himself on a bare stage. Watch the performance below.
