Noreaga Pays Tribute To Noriega

Manuel Noriega, the former Panamanian dictator and drug lord, was not a good guy. He did, however, serve as the namesake for N.O.R.E. (formerly Noreaga), the Queens rapper and podcaster. Noriega died last night at the age of 83 after spending the past few decades in an American prison. And N.O.R.E. took to Instagram and showed love, which of course has led to many, many Instagram comments about how this was a dumb thing to post.

Thus far, there has been no word from Rick Ross about the real Noriega or whether he ever got around to repaying those hundred favors.
