The twins are here! TMZ reports that Beyoncé gave birth to a boy and a girl in Los Angeles on Monday. As a result of a "minor issue," Beyoncé and the twins remain in the hospital, but they are all expected to be fine. No word on how 5-year-old Blue Ivy feels about this development, but congratulations to Jay and Bey!
