Gene Simmons Abandons Trademark Application For Devil Horns Hand Gesture

Earlier this month, we found out that Gene Simmons was trying to trademark the iconic rock hand gesture -- known to some as the devil horns -- but it looks like he's given up the fight. Forbes reports that he's abandoned his U.S. trademark application with the United States Patent And Trademark Office. Oh well! We can all still comfortably raise our hands in rock without fearing a lawsuit from the likes of Mr. Simmons.
