Earlier this year, Gene Simmons tried and failed to trademark the iconic rock hand gesture (known to true rockers as the "devil horns"), and it looks like he's not over it. In a recent interview, he says that he "regret[s] nothing" about the failed attempt. "People said, ‘You can’t do that.’ Actually, bitch -- I can. I can do anything I want to do," he said. Well, obviously that's not true since it didn't work out, but... He did bring up a couple of the many other trademarks that Simmons owns, including the Moneybag logo, which Teenage Fanclub had to pay him for after its appearance on the Bandwagonesque cover. As for the critics of the trademarks he has somehow acquired over the years, Simmons has a few words: "Anyone who thinks that’s silly -- the silliest thing I’ve ever done is wear more makeup and higher heels than your mommy."
