When Mandy, Indiana dropped their bizarro opus i've seen a way in 2023, it was a big deal. Now, the English-French band's Scott Fair is launching a just-as-strange side project called Set Dressing, whose atmospheric debut single "class valedictorian" is out today.
I've been listening to the Twin Peaks soundtrack a lot lately, and "class valedictorian" reminds me of that, the eerie, beautiful instrumental akin to a sprawling field covered in fog. Hear "class valedictorian" below.
