None other than Missy "Misdemeanor" Elliott graces "Back And Forth," Kehlani's appealing new single out today. Miss E. shows up right away, but it's not a quickie cameo a la Jay-Z on "Umbrella." She's back with more bars later on. Along the way, Kehlani shows off the smoothness, sweetness, and strength that make her one of the greatest R&B vocalists of her generation. The beat bumps like "Wild Thoughts," but Kehlani sounds level-headed on lines like "I'ma need you to cool down for me/ Check your insecurities."
