Lucki Slashed In ComplexCon Brawl As Playboi Carti Looked On, LAPD Investigating Attempted Murder

On Saturday, the Chicago cult rap star Lucki reportedly got hurt in a brawl outside the Los Angeles version of ComplexCon. TMZ reports that 30-year-old Lucki, whose government name is Lucki Camel Jr., was posing for photos with fans outside the Los Angeles Convention Center on Saturday afternoon when a fight broke out. The LAPD tells TMZ that four people were hurt in the fight, three of whom are in stable condition and one of whom transported themselves to a hospital. In videos from the incident, Lucki, holding a towel to his bloodied neck, gets put into a waiting car, then moved to the backseat, looking shocked and angry.

The assailant who slashed Lucki is currently unknown, and the LAPD is investigating the fight as an attempted murder. Lucki's condition is currently unknown, though he reportedly posted on Instagram at 4 a.m. Sunday morning. Playboi Carti, one of the ComplexCon headliners, appears in videos of the incident, away from the action and watching from the back of a parked car. In some of those videos, posters claim that the fight was between members of Lucki and Carti's entourages, though there's no way of confirming those reports from the chaotic clips.

UPDATE: On Monday afternoon, Lucki shared an update on Instagram Stories. "Look at your baby," the rapper says in a video, showing the bandages where he received stitches on his neck. "LAPD, can I please get my car back? Like, I don't know what happened. I got no clue what happened. I don't— I don't know, there was a lot going on, but I got $100,000 in the car. My debit card, I don't know if you guys trying to have a little fun. Can I please get my car back?"
