Berliner musician, label owner, and fashion designer Ellen Allien will release her sixth studio LP this month. "Our Utopie" is a taste of her new material, as well as a taste from summer 2010 collection (she's wearing her own top and high-waisted trousers in the video below). This song hints at a return to poppier sounds (Allien sing-speaks here, a guitar drives the track forward) from her more minimalist 2008 LP Sool. This time around she worked with Tobias Freund. The video was directed by Lisa Wassmann.
