HEALTH remixes are all over the internet today. Which is fair, their brew of clanging noise, dance, pop, and airily sighed/ferally screeched vocals make particularly find fodder for redos. But there's a promotional angle to today's flurry: As with their first record, HEALTH's releasing a remix-album companion to Get Color, titled DISCO2, this you knew. The news is that each copy will come with a bonus digital album titled ::DISCO2+, with a slew of additional redos. That's where Clipd Beaks' "Death+" fits in, as does this take from Hidden Cat aka the dude who plied a megadose of dancefloor shimmer and glimmer to Angel Deradoorian's otherwise plaintive acoustic R&B ballad "You Carry The Deed." Clearly into HC's work, Lovepump, home to Deradoorian and HEALTH alike, enlisted his hustle-and-flowing synth-bass thump yet again, and yet again it rules hard enough for you to download it here, along with the other ::DISCO2+ tracks making the rounds:
