Stockholm producer WoodzSTHLM (that's pronounced Woodz Stockholm, I'm told) is releasing his Lighthouse EP today, and it's one of the most hauntingly pretty musical suites I've encountered in a while. The set comprises five icy electronic ballads helmed by an array of vocalists, each track steeped in R&B's dark side but presented with chamber-pop grandeur. Parts of it sound like what the Weeknd might come up with if he aimed to make a Bon Iver song; elsewhere it resembles How To Dress Well having a dark night of the soul. We've already shared the Night Beds collaboration "Woman," and now you can hear the whole EP below.
Lighthouse is out today on Mångata/King Island/Sony. Purchase it here.
