I don’t know why you guys mispelled M.I.A.’s name, but real mature. Her last name ends in -’gasm. Real believable you guys.
I want to confirm the inherent beauty of all of the female contenders/winners and enunciate my deep respect for them as musicians first, beautiful women second. That being said, damn I wish I voted for the Ra Ra Riot . Is bangin’ in every press photo. I think I just got ‘target market-ed’.
Also somebody kick everybody off the guys list except for B-Ford, Ezra and my Sufjam.
If you folks did vinyl discounts I’d be dowwwwn
Here’s to hoping Common People is covered by a band whose name rhymes with Chronicus.
As close to an apology as we’re ever going to get?
Marc-I have every song and b-side and remix from Bloc Party. Mercury is terrible. Just sayin’.
As a person who went to Night 1 (and had a superior stage view, about 10 feet in front of the left-hand screen) I want to personally pulverize Thom Yorke. The only thing that consoles me is that Night 2 didn’t get Paranoid Android or Just. There’s almost an insanely unfair disparity on the setlists.
Of all the songs for VW to dress up like The Cure…Cape Cod?
How many Radiohead references can you cram into one paragraph? ‘Talking in maths’…’no surprises’…
Not playing Don’t Panic or The Scientist was pretty big disappointment for me. It took folks like 5 minutes after waiting for the encore that never came that they would actually not play either song.
All-around fantastic. I’m going to go try and nab Bone Hard Zaggin’.
Why is this list so impossible to hate on?
I have the facts and I’m voting yes.
Am I the only person who doesn’t like the background and the stuff on the left? And I consider myself a person who doesn’t complain.

Somebody please make sure to tell me whether it’s still fashionable to claim to unironically appreciate the episodic ScarJo covers project.
