Find Me On:
Who the fucks idea was it to have the guy do this loud ass inhale after saying “breathing in the chemicals”??? cheesiest shit I’ve ever heard.
Also, anyone that digs Wild Beasts should know they’ve been playing new songs live…which sound pretty swell.
Thanks editor-in-chief! I appreciate it.
So let me get this straight…they are not racist because the Black Ranger controls the Mastodon Dinozord?
I can’t believe nobody made a comment about this picture yet. I mean, what’s the deal with that white coat?
After the break we’ll find out what Kurt Cobain would look like today…in a selfie. Also, how much heroin in the backseat of your car is too much? and is ice cream really vegan? All coming up on stereogum live
I travelled from France all the way to FYF fest this past year. When I was on the metro, a gentlemen sparked up a conversation with me. We got to talking about the festival, new music, and eventually he mentioned how he worked in a studio with lots of popular artists. Some of the stories he told were outright ridiculous, but the standout one definitely goes to Lana Del Ray. Apparently she would barely show up to the studio, and when she did she only recorded vocals for an hour or two. He told me one time they found her in the convenience store across the street looking up nutrition facts for powdered sugar. He was a nice gentlemen.
nothing lasts forever and we both know hearts can change
I’ve got more than enough to eat at home
this is the only “interactive music video” I’ve ever liked. This is really fun.
sucks that he never talks about music anymore.
This is sounding fresh.
Great song from a great album
This is kind of cool. I’m now going to the last show of the tour two days before christmas.
He’s funny in that video. Also, why are so many people giving the thumbs up to a homophobic slur?
This is almost as good as Bill O’Reilly opening for Kings of Leon
Fiona closed the goddamn door on this one.
I cannot understand Gravity’s critical acclaim. It was so cheesy.
I agree, David Evans dominates disc 1
As Lucerne / The Low is my favourite so far. Can’t wait to buy the physical…and get physical with it.
No Blues is a pretty awesome album.
WHAT. THE. FUCK.
Anyone else feel like Pitchfork and Stereogum to a certain extent are getting into Rolling Stone/NME territory nowadays? Perhaps some new publication will spring up soon that has swagger and covers legit shit. Underground music is getting a lot of decent coverage here, but it seems like it’s no longer the main focus.
I think the title should be: Deconstructing: Chvrches, Icona Pop, And The Decline Of Those Guitars That Are Like, Double Guitars.
So ready for this album
