Why even report on the Grammys?

They have been playing a lot with Amir (Sinakane/of Montreal). Does anyone know if he is a full time member of the band now? I loved the addition to the live show, and it would wonderful if it was a permanent addition.

I’m ready to see him play this Friday in Atlanta with Dirty Projectors. I’m sure he will be playing mostly new stuff. I saw Atlas Sound open for Stereolab and Bradford is a whole different animal with Atlas Sound compared to Deerhunter. I’m so excited.

I feel ya creeptone. I feel there will come a time when the Grammys ratings will drop significantly and they will wonder what happened. They will see a world when commercial music is dead because of the internet takeover and they we will finally be able to steak that flag in the top of the mountain. Maybe someday The Gummys will be the forefront in music awards.
