Not list-worthy, but "Cars And Telephones" is well-worth finding.
Help. I actually disliked the Beatles, or rather, the title-song as a child - my elementary school required every class to do choreography to it; later on the joy of "I've Just Seen A Face" and the emotion of "Yesterday" began to match pretty well with my life.
Stephanie Says was the first non-Beatles song I ever fell in love with, and might be the reason I devote more of my life to find more hidden gems like it.
I myself prefer Mountain Goats' "Tallahassee" to "Sea Change," if we're talking albums about struggling couples. Understand though, I do find this album to be special.
Needs more "Bled White."
