Unknown Mortal Orchestra!
I love Billy Eichner. Thank you Videogum, for introducing me to him. :)
Brick for me too! Or Eternal Sunshine.
Arrested Development Seasons!
I tried to watch this show just now, and I can't stand it because their dishes sound too good. They know how to cook too much (octopus?!). It is making me sad. :( Plus, it just means they have tried more food/flavors than I ever will.
My friend loves Richard Simmons, and when I posted this, she said she didn't know which one she liked more, this or the lyric video. I'm thinking, what? There is a lyric video...
I watched the whole thing, and I liked it. [Is it sad that I said that in my head to the tune of Katy Perry?]
I got my first [online] boyfriend from the internet. I think I was 10 or something youngish. The communication skills I got from the internet has definitely helped me get my current first [real] boyfriend at 25!
I'm pretty flat and would never go braless. #nippleproblems
Wait, guys. Everyone I talk to seems to think Avatar was great, and I'm always the one saying "Ugh, I hated Avatar." Am I living in an alternate universe? Am I associating with lame-os? The questions continue... (in my head)
Hey Gabe, I don't post comments often because I don't have anything clever to say or don't think I'm witty enough. Although, I have to thank you, because I have looked at Videogum at least 3 times a week and looked over each post in the past 2-3 years or so, and sometimes I'll say something that gets a laugh or something and I'll think "that's something that Gabe puts in his writing" - some kind of saying if you will - and also I take your opinions because they make more sense than mine. Your posts have also brought attention to me a lot of things in the world, pop culture or world news, and I feel a lot smarter from reading it. (Awkward silence in a conversation?? Bring up a Videogum article you read!) Your writing, it just speaks to me, and I'm so glad that I googled "Lost recaps" one day. Thanks for all the lols and snarky responses to things.
Laughter into tears. Well done, An American Patriot!
I know this is a late post... and Gravity looks cool and all. It's just that when my boyfriend and I saw the trailer for Gravity before Pacific Rim, I say to him "shouldn't it be called No Gravity?" And then he said something like, "don't you move like 10000mph in space?" And basically, we are nerds.
The real hero sounds like Danny McBride.
Today, I was thinking of editing a photo I took. I thought, I wonder if Blingee has an app, I would Blingee everything! They don't have an app guys... Sad day.
...I wanted to add some depth into my story, but it was not a horse. It was a motorcycle. Although, one time he did say to his roommate that he was going to see a man about a horse, and his roommate thought he was getting a horse. Great story. I'm full of them.
You guys! Today was great! I hope you guys have great weekends! ... In case you are wondering why, it's because today was my last day of the first year of pharmacy school. Woo! But my boyfriend rode away, and I am a little sad. School has been depriving me of valuable Videogum time. I hope to be a contributor of comments someday.
I haven't watched it in a long time, but I remember loving Matt Damon in Stuck On You.
