you beat me, about to say the same exact thing.
I feel like it is irresponsible of us to have not yet discussed the fact that he has a giant subway sized poster of Garden State in his Kitchen, apparently. because, obviously where else would it go? ..... side note: i would bankrupt myself to fund a Scrubs reunion movie - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XPJBTWYBwik
interesting to see that The Biz actually left a novel alone for 15 years, especially after the.. "success"(?) of Trainspotting... I'm curious to see, honestly, how far they take it/actually follow the plot line? I highly doubt they'll allow the movie to come to the same conclusion as the novel.*although* if they did, it'd probably be turn out to be one of my favorite movies. also, i didn't hear any Worms talking. .....anyone? any readers in the house following me here? sorry, i get so pissy about novel to film adaptations sometimes :(
Kenny Rogers? Steve Winwood? SERGIO MENDES? dear uk..... WOT?
i know that feel, Joaquin-bro. http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-5Pz0NeaV6ZI/USuKmZoQ5aI/AAAAAAAAesU/DZ2hB0nG66Y/s400/Joaquin-Phoenix-oscars-2013.gif
hey, to be fair, isle of man ain't *TOO* far away. just, you know, a couple hours on a ferry and such. who knows, maybe he holidays there or sommat.
well. Expert, that is. obvs not an expert on the whole "spelling" thing.
omg. can we PLEASE. just stop. the smiths reunion "buzz." it's like saying "oh, my mum and dad may have divorced in 1987, and sure, they both got remarried. several times in fact... but MAYBE IT CAN WORK OUT." It's like a emotionally stunted child living forever in denial... To keep bringing this up as an even remote possibility is totally ignorant and boring. I know things, because I have multiple Morrissey tattoos. Therefore, I am an expect on such matters.
man, i tried...i *really tried* to sit through the whole thing. I felt i owed it to myself as an old-school original CKY fan. It just made me sad and then i went on youtube and watched a bunch of Brandon DiCamillo's prank call videos and felt better. ((http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YPIkxfEqOSE)) Bam doesn't look just fat, he looks swollen. like his liver is about to explode. hope someone is looking out for his best interests, i have a feeling this chicky in the video is not.
my inner 13 year old insanity level +1 NKOTB fan requires me to watch. DONNIE 4EVER.
if they (apatow) are going to just continue to make movies with virtually the entire cast of Freaks and Geeks over and over again can we just go ahead and get to work on a F&G movie or something?
oh my gosh! my friends!!!! I've seen these guys a bajillion times, about time they got some recognition! thanks!
saw the "Surfjan Stevens Christmas Sing-A-Long Seasonal Affective Disorder Yuletide Disaster Pageant On Ice " last night in NC - you think this is wild, he did this shit live. as is. ((**totally in love**))
put catherine keener in anything and i'll probably watch it. the movie she did before with platt, please give... adorbsies. she is a big pull for me, no idea why. it's my Diane Keaton conundrum... I cannot resist anything with freakin Daine Keaton in it... *shrug* in other news... Blonde Tom Hanks. BLONDE TOM HANKS
ya but did you see the 2002 hall of fame induction concert? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hVj_Mirg91Q turrible. bad. awful. byrne solo 4ever
ok seriously. wtf. so many tour announcements in the past week or so and almost none of any of these bands are coming to NC at ALL, much less the chapel hill/raleigh area. come on. this is ridiculous! I PROMISE WE HAVE A GOOD SCENE, EVERY BAND EVER! Ben Folds! Superchunk! Hey! :(
official comment from a U2 Superfan and Jackwhite obsessive: This is all things that are good. I am foaming at the mouth for this comp. also, dear god patti smith covering end of the world. dear god in heaven. i only assume this will be majesty.
No comments on Joyful noise yet, aka 'Sister Act III: This Time No Whoopi'? Queen Latifah AND Dolly Parton singing Glee-style... this is just about the most patronizingly gay movie I have ever seen. If I had heard a single Lady Gaga I would have blinded myself eye-rolling. so yeah, I'll see it; it's part of my hag-contract. in other news: I am so psyched how this movie trailer post turned into a huge U2 debate... YAY! BONOOOOO!
speaking as a U2 connoisseur, your standard BAD would have gone much more eloquently. but overall, i can't complain as I am a crazy person U2 fan.
