A) I don't know why this is an "outtake," usually you have to fuck up or giggle incessantly (and then some a producer walks in to try to restore order and the other actors say "come on, let's just do this one" and then it starts again and one actor starts laughing and the other one tries to power through it and the other one tries to not laugh but eventually ruins the take), and B) this was one of the funniest bits from this past tour.
