Usher's lately been working on an as-yet-untitled new album, and first single "Good Kisser" (which just got a Disclosure remix) was a strong first step. But Ursh's new single "She Came To Give It To You" is the sort of thing where, if it doesn't blow up huge, heads should roll in major-label offices. Pharrell produced the track, giving it the sort of lithe disco groove that's been working so well for him lately, and the sound fits Usher's voice beautifully. Nicki Minaj, who last teamed up with Usher on his underrated 2010 single "Lil Freak," contributes a verse. This is top-shelf pop music, and you can hear a radio rip of it below.
Usher's new album is coming sometime this year.
