Foxygen broke through with last year's We Are The 21st Century Ambassadors Of Peace & Magic, a relatively short album of breezy psych-rock tunes, but for their follow up they're held nothing back. ...And Star Power is an 80-minute-plus double album featuring collaborations with the Flaming Lips, of Montreal, White Fence, Bleached, and more. Albums with this much crazy stuff going on can sometimes be sprawling successes, but can just as easily end up overstuffed failures. Now you can hear the entire album via NPR and decide for yourself.
