Oh, Twitter. Never before has it been easier to find out what celebrities think of #TheDress, and never before has it been easier for celebrities to start beef over dumb shit (and end it just as quickly, if those celebrities happen to be Young Thug and Metro Boomin).
Music Twitter had a big year! Remember when things straight-up exploded in a single night, with Nicki Minaj going off on the VMAs and sort of getting into a thing with Taylor Swift while her boyfriend Meek Mill tried and failed to reenact the story of David and Goliath by taking on Drake? Of course you do! It was a big deal! Everyone was tweeting about it!
It's cool to have a platform where people can spew their thoughts directly onto the internet in chunks of 140 characters or less, but the fact remains that we are all human beings, which means that 99 percent of our thoughts are total bullshit.
