Bobby Shmurda has been languishing in jail since getting arrested on drugs and weapons charges back in December 2014, and it doesn't like he's going anywhere anytime soon. The court has repeatedly denied his attempts to post bail, and his trial, originally set for 2/22, was already been pushed back to 5/11 and then 5/12. Now, as XXL reports, it's been pushed back again, with a new date set for 9/12. The latest delay was reportedly made at the request of Shmurda and the other defendants' attorneys.
