The xx have shared a video for "On Hold," the lead single from their forthcoming new album I See You, which was directed by Alasdair McLellan and shot on location in Marfa, Texas, where they recorded some of the album. It features Romy Madley Croft and Oliver Sim singing through pay phones and landlines, while Jamie shows up in some blurry underground party DJ footage, and all that's intercut with glimpses of young high school love played out in warm tones.
