Watch Father John Misty Debut New Song At SMooCH Benefit In Seattle

Father John Misty, the New Pornographers, J Mascis, and Naked Giants performed at the annual Seattle Musicians For Children’s Hospital benefit, aka SMooCH, at Seattle’s Showbox last night. Josh Tillman played an eight-song acoustic set featuring “Bored In The USA,” his cover of Tim Heidecker’s “Trump’s Private Pilot,” his demo of Lady Gaga’s “Come To Mama,” his recent song “Holy Hell,” and four new songs, three of which he debuted for the first time ever. According to Reddit, he also told fans that his new album is done, so I guess that social media hiatus has been working out for him. Watch Tillman perform one of the new songs and check out the show’s full setlist below.
