The Norwegian singer-songwriter Sondre Lerche lives in Brooklyn at this point, which made it easy enough for he and his friends to hop on a subway and go to Coney Island for this Kate Barker-directed "Heartbeat Radio" video. As I mentioned last time, the song has a throwback quality to it. Fittingly then, Lerche's described this clip as being ""[I]n the spirit of Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald." As far as I can tell, nobody's dangerously drunk or en route to being hospitalized for schizophrenia. But still.

If you're not in the mood for partying, take another listen to "Good Night."
Heartbeat Radio is out via Rounder. He's added a few European dates to his itinerary.
