This song makes me feel like going out and getting raped.
Excuse me, are you saying that an artist cannot share a song title with an organization, whatever its cause is? I fail to see the offense or disrespect. You are obviously way over-affected by the thing. Also, the title is 'Take Back The Night'. It's not 'Come Here and Do Me, Stepfather'. Chill the fuck up.
seriously, guys. it's easy with Google nowadays.
Bono has become so repulsive that I just can't go back to their music. I mean, we all know they were good at one point, but I just can't. Yes, THAT disgusting.
I don't agree with the list entirely, but this was a very fine read for me. Also, the Black Keys lack tons of sex to be even name-dropped on the same sentence as T. Rex. Just sayin'.
Bankrupt! sounds nothing like The Strokes. I don't think they do since It's Never Been Like That. This video is kinda Gondry-esque.
I don't know why I love this, but I do. It's like getting a tattoo.
Instant Crush is hands down the best song of this quite mediocre album.
No worries, Tim. This is packed with religious people or something.
I wonder if he had a way of doing coke during that 24 hours.
"But a tasteful nude is still a nude, so be warned". Do people that read this site really need all that warning about a nude? Even if it's due to job safety, it's not cool to give it that much relevance. People should not hold a job where they cannot watch a fucking nude all that high in esteem anyway.
what's Kurt Vile – Walkin’ on a Pretty Day? yeah, let's vote for this song! because we know it that well.
there's no need for something to happen. you fast forwarded to the end? you also missed the point.
"Nothing much happens"??? What a dumb thing to say about an amazing music video.
Seriously The Lonely Island, no one is laughing.
"an indicator of how nebulous and meaningless the entire idea of indie rock has become". So what was the initial pure idea of indie rock as you knew it that became so untrustworthy because of a great band playing on a tv show?
I think this is terrible, tasteless.
I mean, of couse Phoenix is a fucking good band.
Keep on listening, guys. This is a masterpiece. I mean it.
The bits with the vocoder are amazing, but I think Pharrell ruins the song with a pretty poor vocal performance/lyrics. Those collab videos only "raised the bar" on expectations, and this doesn't live up to them. Underwhelmed is the feeling.
Strongly influenced by Siouxsie and the Banshees, yet with a quirky modern personal twist. This sounds great.
Even if they were labeled so, they never fit the bill.
You're wrong, Suede never did want and never was part of the Brit Pop movement.
Amazed by their shift of direction. Don't you just love good band evolving?
Cállense, cállense, que me desesperan.
The thing is that it's such a badass tune that it's virtually impossible to ruin it. I don't think this song could be anything else than a rock song.
Why did I read Ribs instead of Rips?
I don't think 'Zero' could have been a grower. It's straight-forward pop song and you can't not know if you like it or don't on the first listen.
I just received a call from 1995. They say they want Floria Sigismondi back.
I don't care for your comments here, but I loved you in Life Goes On.
I really feel they're making music by numbers as of lately.
you like Coldplay. go to sleep now.
I'm amazed at the lack of taste of many people to consider this 'garbage'. This is killer.
Lovers gonna love, and it's not much different.
I don't understand why all the negative comments are downvoted here. Who are you? Your parents?
