I like Odd futures aggression- Sound guys have fucked up a lot of my shows personally- Messing up things as easy as "Hey is this mic on?" So i dont blame Tyler for getting angry with these dudes at the venue- but would I personally destroy their stuff? No. But that's what odd Futures gimmick is- Aggressive dont give fuck loiter sqaud litter life golf wang wolf gang kill them all- Totally justified, loved it. Im sure he got out pretty quick. Im still wondering when Earl will officially be free.
I work during the day going building to building in NYC trying to sell portable AC and heating. NOT MY DREAM JOB. When I get home I shed my shirt and tie and start writing music and poetry, which is my passion over all. You gotta do what you gotta do to follow and fund your dreams. If she is broke she needs to write better records or get that application in over at Wendys. Complaining about it at 33 is, well- funny for anyone doing what it takes and not expecting life to be handed out to them. Work harder on your hooks.

the rapey/aggressive/stalker tracks like yonkers/swtchs/troncat/she/her are the best on this cd-
i cant stand the tracks about the the group itself or like his success- seems to early for tracks like those-
the therapist voice is wayyyyy overdone as well as the way long hypey gaps in radicals- takes away from the intensity of that track and the album as a whole-
all that said- odd futures style- subject matter- and live vibe are still ultra sick and i see the releases getting better with time.
also... lines like "when yonkers dropped..." what was that, 3-4 monthes ago? i get the vibe the album wasn't worked on long enough or thoroughly- i think odd future are hip-hop gems for sure but maybe the hype is too much and corrupted some of tylers verses a bit- syked for what hodgey and left brain do next tho for sure...
i thought the album was gonna really kill based on yonkers, sandwitches, and tron cat- but honestly those are the best tracks on the cd- the deep "therapist" voice thing is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy overdone and theres just alot of bridges with hypey yelling or talking that fucks the whole flow of the album up- yes its "odd" and the live show that goes with it makes it pretty great but as an XL Recordings release- Goblin lacks hard- i expected something more serious- i know one of the main wolf gang gimmicks is being goofy and what not but as far as grammy nominations based on the music... maybe
