Miles, oh man, "Let's Build a Campfire There" is amazing. If you go through his work chronologically I think this is his first masterpiece. Remastered version on the new Doldrums is so good!

This is probably my favorite album ever. I'm one of those Ariel fans who felt strongly validated when Julian Casablancas put him on the same sentence as Bowie.
Oh, there's no better time to jump to his back catalogue, with Mexican Summer doing his Ariel Archives series. I'd say probably start with House Arrest, which sounds FANTASTIC now that it has been remastered.
