perhaps you just got played by gossip girl. i don't watch the show, but maybe they were going for an arrested development-esque 'on the next' teaser. it all happened off-camera already, and jenny will show up next week missing a hand.
i especially like how she's doing the least effective parkour ever. she's jumping down stairs and swinging off shit, but she's barely 5 paces ahead of the lead paps when she's running out of the parking garage.
ugh, did anyone else hate 'rachel getting married' as much as i did? i actually had a physical response to all of the pretentious hipster cliches and truly awful characters.
