I loved Community as well. The Dean moment of self-awareness was the best part, but while it wasn't as laugh-out-loud funny, I felt like it was one of the better ones as far as character development is concerned.
Oh I really like the song. I think it's got a great twist because for the first two thirds or so you think "oh this poor guy who sounds like Sting, his heart is broken. Frowny face." but then she comes in, and suddenly it's: "Oh shit, Sting Jr. is a dick! Amazing. Fuck you Sting Jr. But also great song!"
Oh god, y'all, I'm right there with you. Babies are the worst (except my nephew duh). I have two v. cool v. wonderful friends who are married and don't want children yet but feel the pressure, and I just constantly remind them how lame life would be with some dumb baby. They thank me.
And also, Happy Endings is quickly becoming my favorite show to watch. And also, I've had too much coffee and a cookie for breakfast.
Guff, listen, I'm glad you are here capslocking things, because that's about all I feel like I can do with this show. Excitedly curse and capitalize things because I am so scared I will accidentally reveal something from the book that I can't say anything else.
She was wonderful. SOOOOOO fucking casual and just like "yeah I'm here being all powerful on the beach burning up your gods eat it assholes." I love it.
I know, BUT it really did look so good. Or maybe I'm just easily emotionally manipulated today.
That said: Oh wow, wasn't Rabbit Hole excellent though? Oof that was a good movie. And I had to drive to Atlanta to see it. (I didn't drive 2.5 hours just to see that movie, but it was one of the things on the agenda that day).
At first I wondered if these kids were all friends b/c they are all prematurely balding, but turns out it's just green screen whoopsies taking away part of their head!
