All week, Justin Timberlake has been a guest on his friend Jimmy Fallon’s late-night show, singing a different song from his new album The 20/20 Experience every night and generally charming the hell out of anyone watching. And on last night’s show, Timberlake and Fallon finally did the fourth installment of their goofily endearing and impressively polished “History Of Rap” routine, frantically running through clips of songs from every period of rap history, starting with “Apache” and ending with “Thrift Shop” before detouring into “Lose Yourself.” Fallon had me a bit worried, but he never quite ran out of breath. Also: These guys! Such entertainers! Watch it below, along with JT’s own hits medley.

The 20/20 Experience is out 3/19 on RCA.

  1. About half way through I was seriously worried that Fallon was going to collapse or double-over and start dry heaving. Dude looked exhausted. Show business! Don’t ever let nobody tell you it ain’t work!

Bye, JT Week, you were a lot of fun <3

  2. I wonder why this is the video chosen to be displayed instead of that FFUCKING AWESOME medley of past hits JT performed.

  3. I liked it when he did Kanye’s bit from “In Paris” (not in the history of rap, but in the middle of his medley while performing). JT just being a stinker, but he’s just messing around, so I don’t see any reason for Ye to lose his beans. MA BEANS!

  4. this medley is probably the best 10 min of television I will ever see in 2013. His backing band is also incredibly good at re-orchestrating songs.

  5. Four Histories of Rap and still no UGK?
