There were a ton of limited-edition Record Store Day releases to be had this past weekend (if you made it to an independent shop). Like Blur’s “Fools Day.” Or, as previously mentioned, the Scratch My Back-related Bon Iver/Peter Gabriel split 7″ that features Justin Vernon covering Gabriel’s “Come Talk To Me” and Gabriel doing Emma, Forever Ago‘s “Flume.” We premiered Gabriel’s overhaul in February. As you may have expected, Vernon takes Gabriel’s ’92 Us tune to an interesting, intimate place. Listen at HypeM.
