If you were into San Francisco BTW Dominant Legs the first time around, you should recognize a few of the tracks on the upcoming Young At Love And Life EP (you’ll recognize the name of the EP, too). But what’s old is new: Now that Girls pal Ryan Lynch is joined by vocalist/keyboardist Hannah Hunt on a permanent basis, he’s re-recorded some of the songs that caught our attention last fall. They now sound less like a guy in his bedroom. See, for instance, this fleshier take on “Clawing Out At The Walls.” (Unexpectedly, parts of the vocal line suddenly remind me of Velocity Girl’s “Audrey’s Eyes.”)
