Pretty sure we’ve heard live-staple “Shake A Fist” at every Hot Chip show we’ve seen dating back to their LCD-rescued set at Bowery last March, so it’s nice of the Hot ones to finally give us a studio take to awkwardly flail to. Half way through, after the muted chainsaw and dusky hollerbacks, the track cuts and somebody invites you to play “sounds of the studio” with headphones in tow. It’s good advice.
