Das Racist

Sasquatch! took place over four nights this Memorial Day Weekend. The Washington Festival included some very anticipated shows, including Wolf Parade’s next to last show, new tracks from Modest Mouse, and one of Death From Above 1979′s reunion appearances. That’s Das Racist’s Victor Vazquez getting a kiss from an audience member (not a moment anyone anticipated, expect maybe that audience member). Check out photos from those shows, plus pics of The Flaming Lips, Sleigh Bells, Death Cab For Cutie, Bright Eyes, Wilco, Beach House, Gayngs, Chromeo, a very happy looking Flying Lotus, and other sets in the gallery above.

  1. Ooooooof COURSE you took pictures this year and not last year, y’know, back when I was there :((((((

  2. It’s Robyn.

  3. Conor Oberst kissed some girl too, and it was more a kiss than that. She jumped the barrier and ran to center-stage and he grabbed by the ears from on stage and laid it on her as security tried to pull her out of Conor’s grip.

  4. What an awesome time. I was right in the front for all of Monday at the main stage. Can’t wait for next year. But no pics of the kid that was up on stage with Sharon Jones?

  5. Bonoroo definitely had the best lineup this year.

  6. This is getting me so pumped for this summer! I was really surprised to see Dry The River on the line-up, but I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that they have the best new artists set to play:)

Listen to one of their amazing songs:
