Thanks for the memories, everyone! The coutless hours I spent on this blog were pretty fucking awesome. I made some great friends and had a hell of time. Also, thanks for letting me guest blog that one time. It was pretty fun, and a lot of work. It made me appreciate even more what you guys do. That'll do, Videogum, that'll do. http://assets0.ordienetworks.com/images/GifGuide/clapping/wethot.gif
I am about to head home and jump in tinychat. I am assuming everyone is already there, right? Anyway I was wondering if anyone has or can locate the photoshop of Monster avatars in the Lost church from the finale?Next week we will be all... http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-O_xRU8SoBXk/UXuSJQM6oAI/AAAAAAAALdA/JcqtXPQZItU/s1600/we-have-to-go-back.gif ...when all along we were together, you guys.
My day has been pretty relaxed. I teach electives so I have a mix of juniors and seniors, the majority of which are juniors. The juniors are on retreat today and tomorrow, so I had a class of five, five, and currently two. I've been letting them watch Netflix, and they have all chosen Law & Order: SVU. Teenagers love fictionalized shows about special victims, you guys. Next period I get to leave early and take my pup to the vet. So that's what's going on with me.
Aw, soft Gabe! I request more Soft Gabe reposts. Perhaps his review of Dirty Harry or Roseanne. (I am posting for the first time on my work network since becoming a teacher. I feel so scandalous! I hope I don't get a demerit! Hi, tech guys!)
I just realized that I will never get my EGOT now! All I had left was that elusive motherfucker Editor's Choice. http://blog.chron.com/tubular/files/2013/11/aaron-paul-mind-blown.gif
I was working at a music venue back in 2009 so I would check in on Stereogum occasionally. One fateful day I saw a banner for WMOAT. I read all of the posts and then discovered Lost recaps. I started reading daily mostly due to the very entertaining commentors. It took me a few months to start commenting, but eventually I did and it became a part of my daily routine (until I decided to go back to school--school and new jobs take up so much commenting time, you guys). I am very grateful that I did because I have met so many cool people both online and IRL many of whom I think will be lifelong friends. This may be a tiny blog in the corner of the interwebs, but it has been a big part of my life. http://oi41.tinypic.com/11c5dg0.jpg
