Late last year Chicago rapper Recoechi impressed me with his string of singles for the Closed Sessions label. He's got a new one out today. "Walking Temple" was recorded in NYC with producer Statik Selektah, and the video was shot on location in Tema, Ghana, where Recoechi traveled with the Black Panther Party Cubs. "I know my purpose now more than ever," he begins. "Time to smarten up them ways fuck being clever." Watch below.
