Balam Acab remixed a song from Ra Ra Riot bassist Mathieu Santos’s solo debut Massachusetts 2010. As mentioned previously, Alec Koone is a patient, precise composer, so it’s interesting to give a close listen to what he decided to retain, shift, or implode — that in mind, we have Santos’s original along with Balam’s tweak. (Hint: You might want to repaint the above album art black and blue.)
