The lighting/shadows with the orchestra reminds me of Disney's Fantasia, which is awesome.
I don't care. Or love it.
Love this band. But this documentary feels like reality-tv bullsh*t.
"Royal Tenenbaum bought the house on Archer Avenue in the winter of his thirty-fifth year."
Stranded & We Can't Be Beat make my list.
Swap out that Nicki Minaj crap with Niki & The Dove "Tomorrow"!
I'd like Parks and Rec if it wasn't for Amy Polar.
The song is 50x better than the video.
Radiohead doesn't have a "worst" album, just an EIGHTH BEST. Radiohead rules modern music.
Hat tip to the director. Punch in the face to the casting director and writer (LDR).
A sit-down theater like Radio City (as great a concert venue as it is) is no place for a ROCK show like Jack White's. Bound to end up awkward.

One artist for whom I have like 50 favorite songs. (Solid list here.)
I picture Madame Gwyneth watching a polo match with Chief Keef's "I Don't Like" pounding on her iPod earbuds.
There are so many other bands who I would picture canceling a tour for "mental health reasons" before these guys.
"Free Ride.. won't you take me close to you." -- a sing-a-long for the welfare state? And then "Far Away, Far Away..." feels like some cheesy yo-ho-ho pirate chorus. Bummer.
Love Will Tear Us Apart is a good song, but not as good as the acclaim it gets. So overrated.
Take that, Derek Jeter.
Her album cover looks like a fever dream.
I love the album cover too.
I like Dave and what the Foo Fighter's stand for. I wish their music these days was AS likable. But dang, that song they played is terrible, like a lot of their stuff lately. Remarkably un-catchy.
Much better performance than SNL, happy to see it. However Dave's swooning seemed a little over the top. Like somebody give him the cash-handshake "She's had it rough Dave, we could REALLY use someone like you RAVING over her. *wink*wink*"
Their next single is Towers, so that'd probably be good.
- Evan Voytas - Purity Ring - The Shins
I'm stoked for Evan Voytas.
A lot of great songs up there. But Hot Chip's Over and Over at #8?! Try #488.
