Waxahatchee is 100% the best, you would do yourself a favor by not only checking out Cerulean Salt but also her first demo (all available on bandcamp) and American Weekend, her debut album (which is more or less my favorite album ever). Also, her work with PS Eliot is tremendous (particularly the song "Tennessee" which I still listen to all the time).
