Forcefield album cover

With “Argentina (Parts I, II, III),” Tokyo Police Club showed off their ambition. With “Hot Tonight,” they exhibited their power-pop proclivities. And with “Tunnel Vision,” the third single from their forthcoming Forcefield, they prove they can still write straightforward rock songs with significant pop chops. In other words, it finds them doing what they do best. Check out the song — which is not a Justin Timberlake cover, alas — below.

Forcefield is out 3/25 on Mom + Pop.

  1. the verses sound like the futures so bright I gotta wear shades

  2. After getting my first taste of new TPC with Argentina I, II & II earlier this year, I was excited and ready for a very cool transition to possibly a little bit ‘older’ band with some sorta epic-like evolution.
Now, with this and Hot Tonight, I see we’ll being making zero progress toward that direction…

  3. lol nick you’re so right :)

  4. Such a unique structure. I wish more people would see this song for what it truly is and appreciate it!
